​In Paintless Dent Removal you need to make sure that you are looking at the right thing. Often the line board can fall off when a car is dirty. You need to see the reflection of the lines using the line board. However if the panel is dirty and dusty then it is possible that the suction will just fall off. 

​What you need to do is basically clean the panel before sitting your suction cup on it. That little bit of dust and grit can be on a panel and you can just break that seal on the inside of the suction pads. Also make sure the panel is not dirty or wet when you put the suction pad. The last thing you want to do is have that line board to fall off which will surely scratch the car’s paint work.
